秋葉原通り魔事件(2008)、相模原障害者施設殺傷事件(2016)、目黒女児虐待事件(2018)、
京都アニメーション放火事件(2019)など、痛ましいニュースが増えてきています。
こうした事件は、障害者、高齢者、児童といった社会的弱者を無差別に狙っている点が特徴的です。
又、著名人の違法薬物による検挙も日常化してきており、一連のマスコミ報道を見聞きする限り、日本の犯罪は増加?凶悪化の一途を辿っている印象を受けます。
目的
本稿では、警察庁が公開している犯罪統計を基に、
#1 日本に於ける犯罪の実態を分析します。
#2 犯罪は経済と何某かの関係性があるという仮説を検証します。
#3 18年度の進学率、有効求人数、ラスパレイス指数といった経済関連指標を説明変数とし、犯罪認知件数を予測します。

地方创生政策の下、地方自治体（広域?基础）は、地域活性化施策に対する碍笔滨と成果指标の设定が求められ、27年度までにほぼ全ての自治体がそれぞれ自らの目标数値を决定した。但し、自治体が设定した成果指标の多くは人口（自然及び社会）増减に関するものに集中しており、政策効果の波及机序の复雑性を考虑すると、笔顿颁础サイクルを前提とした政策评価に十分な情报であるとは必ずしも言えない。また、指标测定上の时空间的な粒度の面からも、利用上の限界を指摘することが出来る。本报告では、これらの成果指标を补助、代替する方法を検讨する。既に地域活性化状态を测定するための几つかの提案が先行研究に存在するため、それらを自治体実データに适用した。その结果、市町村より小さな集计単位を持つ统计资料を用いた分析の有用性を确认した。More Related Content
